If you inspect the texture you can see its name property.
If in the log you see errors with "method unstripping failed" then this is a duplicate of #79 If you don't see it, send the bepinex log file after starting...

Maybe you're running out of VRAM? Or have bad GPU drivers. Assuming it's not an issue with installed mods or the cards somehow but if it ever looked correct then...
Check skineffects plugin settings, change the texture resolution setting and see if that changes anything.
Oh right, it may be under overlay mod instead.

Couldn't reproduce and it seems to not be an issue any more or is very rare.
DearImgui is the top contender so far. Either way the UI will need a major rewrite so that's why there is no progress on this.
