KK/KKS_Pregnancy not working for 3P scene

1. 100% fertility, risky day, inside cum in 3P, not pregnanted;
2. 100% fertility, risky day, inside cum in normal H and then enter 3P with the game button, not pregnanted;

looks like the pregnancy mod not working in 3P is a bug doubt if work in night visit, will try

You can't get characters pregnant in 3P scenes on purpose, it's a technical limitation https://github.com/ManlyMarco/KoikatuGameplayMods/blob/master/src/KK_Pregnancy/PregnancyGameController.cs#L51-L53

Or may be we can take an alternative way: neither of them get pregnant, or both pregnant. we can set an option in the game setting.
