[KK/KKS] ABMX 5.2.4 Bug - Conflict with BP Bones in KK/KKS's Story Mode

There's a conflict with ABMX 5.2.4 and the body parts included in the BetterPenetration (BP) mod. ABMX 5.2.4 will forget any changes made to the bones when you start or continue Story Mode. It happens immediately in KKS and it happens at random in KK. For both games, I'm using the recent HF Patch and all plugins have been updated to their latest version. I've also tested this by making random changes to the character's main body rig along with the BP parts, but the main body rig changes remained while the BP bone changes were forgotten.

Steps to reproduce bug (Helpful if you already have a saved game to load from in either game)

  • While in "Your Room" in KK/KKS's Story Mode, pick any random character and select "Edit Char./Appearance" (This also applies to the main character).

  • In the Character Maker, click on "Advanced Bonemod Window" to edit any part of the character (Make sure the selected character has a BP body part assigned to them).

  • Make an edit to any of the BP bones (Optionally, you can also make a random change to the hands or any other main body part to see what I'm referring to in the above paragraph).

  • After making those changes, click "Apply & End" to save it to the character.

  • While back in "Your Room", select "Sleep/Go Out" to start the game.

  • While in-game, bring up the side menu with the middle mouse button and immediately end the day to go back to "Your Room".

  • While in "Your Room", find the character you made changes to and select "Edit Char./Appearance" again.

  • In the Character Maker, click on "Advanced Bonemod Window" and select "Modified Bones" to see if the changes remained intact.

  • In KKS, you will see that the BP bone changes have immediately disappeared while random changes to the main body part(s) remained (If you decided to make said changes). In KK, the BP bone changes might still be saved but they may also dissappear at random while playing (I found this out the hard way by adjusting BP bones for multiple characters).

Sidenote: This bug may also tie into the issue reported in "Changes reset in storymode #53" in the "Closed" panel. Reading through the log the user posted shows that the "cm_J_dan100_00" bone gives an error that states "Could not find bone [cm_J_dan100_00] in location [BodyTop] - modifier will be ignored" during gameplay. That bone is associated with a BP body part, which is similar to the issue I'm having. I hope that helps.

The issue is that ABMX does not see the BP bones because they were not added yet, and therefore assumes the modifiers are unused (most likely left over after changing coordinate) and removes them. This is also an issue for other plugins that dynamically add bones. It's low on my priority list, so the best bet of this being fixed is someone making a PR with a fix.

This might be affected by #67. Can someone test if the latest release changes anything related to this issue? https://github.com/ManlyMarco/ABMX/releases/tag/v5.2.5

I updated KKS to v5.2.5 to check and see if the issue from above was resolved. Unfortunately, the latest release did not fix the issue. The bug is still present.
