FileNotFoundError: The system cannot find the path specified: 'media\\Tex'

Found this issue on 3b1b/manim, however, the issue is there with manimcommunity/manim too. The fix I found was to create a folder manually with directory name "media". I'd like to fix this issue myself if possible?
