Option to display subtitles in library view of projects
Feature Description
Provide an option to include subtitles along with titles in displays of projects on the home page, collection page, project pages, etc.
Why is this feature important? Who does it help?
Specifically requested by our Marketing Department. For better or for worse, many titles of scholarly monographs are rather opaque and subtitles are often not legible in cover thumbnails.
Design Notes
Obviously, subtitles would need to be styled to be less prominent than main titles.
Email from our marketing manager re this request:
"Glad you can make that request, because subtitle is crucial. Struck me that you’d have no idea what any of our books in Manifold are about based on title only. Same for other publishers, of course."
