Add option to navigate between texts while in the reader

When a reader reaches the end of a Manifold text there is no means for them to navigate to any additional texts that may live in the project. Instead a reader has to navigate back out to the project homepage and from that space dial into a subsequent text. In many cases publishers will want to structure their materials as individual texts but allow readers to directly navigate from one to another (e.g., between two journal articles).

Instead of attempting to solve for all possible scenarios, I'm thinking here that this would only apply to texts collected in a Text Block. Thus if Texts A, B, and C were all in on block, I could navigate between them, but I wouldn't be able to nav to Text N that is in a different content block. I would expect that the between-text nav option would present itself at the start and ends of individual texts and play off the existing nav functions.

Thank you for taking the time to open this feature request. The Manifold team reviewed this issue during our bi-weekly meeting and the consensus is that this feature makes sense and is in keeping with our overall vision for the platform. Moreover, we see this request as a viable candidate for development under our current available funding. We’re adding an “accepted” label to this request to indicate that it’s within scope and possibly within budget.

The next step is for us to estimate the work involved with this and add it to our feature backlog. Our acceptance of the issue is not a promise that it will be implemented. We will balance this request against the other accepted requests and do our best to implement it within our current available funding.
