Inconsistent display of headings in the top bar of the reader interface

In the reader, the bar on the top first shows the title of the whole text and when you begin to scroll down changes to the header that corresponds to the parent main chapter with regard to the current position in the text.

This works well when each main chapter corresponds with one unique text file during the ingest process (manifest.yml ingest).

However, when the whole text is one file and you create the toc in manifest.yml by using fragment URIs (sth. like text.html#chp1) you end up in chapter n while the top bar always displays the content of header 1. This, obviously, is wrong and irritating.
