Add ability for admin to export list of users and projects
Feature Description
A download/export button will allow the admin of a Manifold installation to export a spreadsheet containing info on projects in the install -- at a most basic level, project creator, project creator email address, project title, and URL, but perhaps also some other data if it is easily accessible, like date created and date last updated.
Why is this feature important? Who does it help?
For community installs like CUNY's, where many different people have project creator status, it is hard to keep track of projects. Having a list of projects/project creators will help us manage projects and provide support to people using Manifold.
User Stories
I'm a Manifold admin and I want to get a list of everyone who has created a project on our instance so that I can tell them about a great new feature now available. Exporting a list of users/projects would allow me to quickly pull together a contact list.
I'm a Manifold graduate fellow providing support to Manifold project creators. I want a list of project creators so that I can reach out to them and provide support.
