Enable custom poster uploads for all resource types

In the same way we can add an image attachment to replace the default resource thumbnail that appears in the reader, it would be great to be able to have the same ability to customize a resource's poster in the collection slideshow, which could also (maybe) display on the resource's landing page.

We could make use of the thumbnail variant for non-image/video attachments in the slideshow. It might require thinking a little about how the slideshow displays them though.

We show images/videos because that's what the actual resource is, but with downloadable ones, it's just a cover image and not necessarily representative of the resource itself.

The Manifold team reviewed this issue during our bi-weekly meeting and the consensus is that this feature makes sense and is in keeping with our overall vision for the platform. Moreover, we see this request as a viable candidate for development under our current available funding. We’re adding an “accepted” label to this request to indicate that it’s within scope and possibly within budget.

The next step is for us to estimate the work involved with this and add it to our feature backlog. Our acceptance of the issue is not a promise that it will be implemented. We will balance this request against the other accepted requests and do our best to implement it within our current available funding.
