[Feature request] Notification support [PR welcome]

Would love to get a notification when decluttarr processes something rather than having to check the logs.

Support for something like notifiarr and/or apprise would be preferable, as the rest of the *arr stack and extended ecosystem, supports those, which make for easy integration into Discord or other prefered integration channels.

I'll just add that Decluttarr has really good logs, and you can easily use something like this for notifications:
