[FEATURE] Add configurable controls for module hotkeys, such as Alternate Roll and bypassing RSR (which are both on Alt)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When Alternate Rolls are enabled, it is impossible to bypass RSR by holding Alt, as both Alternate Roll and bypassing RSR are on the same hotkey (Alt).

Describe the solution you'd like Allowing users to customize which keys they'd like to use for the module through the built-in Foundry menu seems like the most intuitive solution.

Describe alternatives you've considered When bypassing RSR is occasionally needed (such as when troubleshooting or when using an ability that is more convenient to roll Attack and Damage more than once), there doesn't seem to be an easy solution for users that makes sense besides disabling the Alternate Roll feature or hardcoding different controls. An easier to implement fix on the dev end would be to change the hotkey for either Alternate Roll or bypassing RSR so that they don't conflict with each other, though such a change could also open the door to hotkey conflicts with other modules.
