Slide-over feature

Take it or leave it :)

Added slide-over feature (new 'mode' option). Added CSS classes for the four cases:

  • Push left
  • Push right
  • Slide left
  • Slide right

Just wanted to check on this. Were there plans to actually merge? I'd love to see this feature implemented.
