Website Slow/Not Working As intended

The website our data transfers to sometimes does not load the data, frequently bugs to where multiple filters appear, Will not stay in English, and sometimes does not respond to clicking the buttons at all.

I'm working on the a new UI right now, which is more responsive and I will also add a language selector to the site.
