container provider is not refreshing

I have integrated few OCP clusters in manageIQ container provider but I see clusters are refreshed after from almost week. I tried to refresh it manually using Refresh Items and Relationships tab and it shows msg Refresh initiated for one Ems container but still I see below status and I see that cluster is deleted in ocp environment but still its showing all details in manageIQ
