Create a VM through ManageIQ

Hi,

We are running manageiq in a docker conatainer and integrated with GCP project.

The docker image we are using is manageiq/manageiq:latest-lasker

When we are trying to create a VM from ManageIQ, it is trying to assign public ip to the instance but my gcp organization has a policy to deny public IP. Due to this the instance is not getting created with the below error

Server [EVM] Service [Basic Instance-20220727-072234] Step [checkprovisioned] Status [Error Creating Service] Message [[Google::Apis::ClientError]: conditionNotMet: Constraint constraints/compute.vmExternalIpAccess violated for project

Could you please help me in resolving this issue?

We currently only support External NAT, I've opened an enhancement to support this https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-google/issues/231

For now Is it possible to achieve this use case through custom automation or template?
