Cannot save Schema after editing
There is no option to save the schema after editing in the latest version of github manageiq repo. I pulled the latest repo and built a container but I can't save schema.
Any idea how to save it? There should be a Save, Reset, Cancel
option.
Last time this happened it was actually because the Save and Cancel buttons were pushed off of the bottom of the page. I think the inner frame height was adjusted. Not sure if that's what is happening here or not.
@kTipSSIoYv I am not able to reproduce this issue. UI seems different to me. Could you answer following questions?
- Are you in master or Morphy branch?
- Is this summary page or edit page?
- What are exact steps to recreate this issue?
I am seeing this table in UI with buttons. I clicked Edit schema option.

@kavyanekkalapu
Are you in master or Morphy branch?
I'm in master branch
Is this summary page or edit page?
Its the edit page - Configuration -> Edit selected Schema
What are exact steps to recreate this issue?
You click on Edit selected schema, add any entries but there is no save button.
@kTipSSIoYv Interesting, your screenshot doesn't show Edit Class schema title too.. It shows exactly like summary page. If it is your local env , can you do bin/update and try the steps again?
@kavyanekkalapu Can you tell me what you mean by bin/update
? I'm not sure what you meant by that. I was thinking about trying morphy branch
@kTipSSIoYv If you are using development env, please run bin/update
in manageiq (core) repo. you can also try morphy branch too.
Update: Morphy version doesn't have this bug. I'm able to save the changes.
@kTipSSIoYv Great, can you switch to master, run bin/update and try same scenario?
