API to enable server roles (e.g. embedded ansible)

In the UI under Server Control, admin can enable embedded ansible. The same functionality requried for the API Screen Shot 2020-05-11 at 2 42 00 PM

I think this can technically be done now by setting the role value in settings (via the settings api on a server), but that is admittedly weird
