[RFE] Need api to get Topology data

I need an api to get network topology data. I can get response from https://mydomain.com/network_topology/data once I'm LoggedIn in browser but there is no way to get response using API. Could you add this functionality in API as well. Thanks.

cc @NickLaMuro ... I think you had started looking at this one. cc @h-kataria ... With this we also might be able to convert the various topology pages from angular to react.
