CI: run-runk failing intermittently on the `test ps command` checker

@wainersm thanks for the report. I think this is not a bug on runk, but the script. The ps test should wait for the `sh` process executed by `ctr exec`...

@pcmoore @drakenclimber All tests passed successfully. But we need to discuss how we control the CI tests with the separate Rust bindings repository as mentioned in #323.
