Use heated insert on the belt retension block

The current design uses M3 nuts. However due to the way the retension block is mounted, the nut is hard to keep in place and keeps falling off, making the installation process a bit annoying. It would be much better to use heated inserts instead.

I would like to help modify the design, but the belt retension block step file is not released.
