'stf share -f ...' with the same filter can run on a few agents at the same time. Each agent will take 1/N part of the whole device set.

This PR is copy of: https://github.com/Malinskiy/stf-client/pull/11 with Merge conflicts resolved and version number bumped upto 0.3.1.
