Minor bug fixes and several UI enhancements

• Site detection from home/lat/lon settings
• Plane path projection based on heading+speed w/animation
• Sweep line to selected plane (helpful for off-screen planes)
• Bearing to selected plane (helpful for telescope settings and planespotting)
• New config values for the above
• ICAO lookup via airframes.org
• Minor bug fixes and performance tweaks
• Screwed with everybody's whitespace
• Optional relocation of public_html
