`xref-find-definitions' doesn't work

First off, thank you very much for this package, I really love it!

One of the most regrettable things I've noticed so far is that xref-find-definitions a function within the same namespace scope doesn't seem to work. Any chance to address this issue?

Sorry for the long silence. I have no plans for suopporting xref-find-definitions, but PRs are welcome. Alternatively, you could try the Nameless package, which is a little less extreme and works with generally anything.
