localhost:8080/apex resolves to localhost:8080/apex/apex
Database comes up fine. The EM link works fine. However, the APEX link doesn't work at all.
localhost:8080/apex resolves to localhost:8080/apex/apex (for some reason)
The response is:
Error 404 Not found The requested URL /apex/apex was not found on this server
