Update composer.json to support PHPUnit 10 and 11

I've been using this for a while with PHPUnit 11, so it works perfectly fine, and there are no issues with it to my knowledge. However, it creates a dependency conflict.

Would be much appreciated if you can merge and tag a new release. Thanks!
