Infinite Untitled files replication

Context I'm using the make md by a week. Since then when I uploaded one jpg file I get the file moved from place I put it into the root folder. Then there are produced like 15 or more "Untitled file" replication. When I change location of that file it's always causing the same issue. It is related only with the specific jpg.
