make.md slows down after opening a daily note (heavy note), even with all other plugins disabled (macOS M1)
Describe the bug After opening a daily note, the plugin make.md begins to significantly slow down. Folder navigation inside the space becomes noticeably delayed (0.5–1 second per folder). This happens even if all other plugins are disabled.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Open Obsidian with only make.md enabled. 2. Open any small daily note 3. Try to navigate through folders in the space view. 4. Observe the delay when opening folders (0.5–1 second).
Expected behavior Folder navigation should remain instant and smooth, even after opening a note.
Environment: • OS: macOS (Apple M1 chip) • Obsidian version: [1.8.10] • make.md version: [1.1.7] • Vault size: [257MB]
Additional context • Disabling all other plugins does not solve the issue. • The slowdown consistently begins after opening any note, even if it’s small. • Tried all available plugin settings — no improvement.
