[Feature Request] Notes Preview: Options to ignore initial H1/tags

Make.md continues to be an invaluable tool, truly appreciate the ongoing development!

For the "Notes Preview" feature, could an enhancement be considered for workflows with auto-generated H1s and top-line inline tags?

The attached image illustrates the current vs. desired preview behavior.

To achieve the "Desired Preview," would it be possible to implement options like:

• Ignoring the first H1.
• Ignoring a subsequent tag-only line.
• Customizable lines to skip.
• Smarter extraction logic to bypass these initial lines.

This would be a very helpful improvement for many users.
