Tags showing as folders in Obsidian File Explorer and in the file explorer

Hey, I've got a problem since a while : everytime I add a note with a tag, this specific tag shows in the vault's folder as a folder and with another folder ".space" and a file named "context.mdb" inside. In Obsidian, it also shows as a folder but without the .space and the .mdb visible. Is there a way to stop this from happening ?

I have Tag Spaces parameter unchecked and Apply properties to Subtags checked in the Tags section.
