File title showing twice

Make md Version - 1.0.6 (Upgraded recently from 0.7.27)

Settings used - Contexts is turned off, Notes header is turned on (I need this on because if I turn it off then the Banner image also goes away along with the file emoji). Turning on Use obsidian context menu does nothing

If I turn off Show Inline title from Appearance tab in Obsidian then both instances of the title disappear.

The setting has been patched in the latest version so that inline context properly shows when context is turned off. Let me know if that fixes the issue

Running into the same issue under the same conditions. One allows for toggle between title and alias. The other appears to be just an inline title. Has there been any resolution?
