With Obsidian 1.7.7 SO Linux MAKE.md 0.9.1013

doesnt work with "all items in subfolders" works if it changes to "Don't include items in subfolder"

The issue is that the tags require a folder note and the folder note is not initialize (only for Enabled Folder Note setting). This will be patched, but for the time being you can just click the New Note first
