Add Cover Not Showing Image Files and Cover Position not locked

When I click the 'add cover' button I just see a blank box. I'm able to type image URLs and it works, but I cannot seem to find any local images. I also tried putting the local file path in the text box, but nothing happened. This is what I see:

Also, the Cover Image keeps moving when I reopen the note. The position does not stay locked.

Is there any way to fix these issues? I looked at the documentation, but didn't see much info about cover images. I tried relaunching but that didn't work.

@SomeBrownDude You have to add the banner image you want to your vault location first.
