Feature: Refresh | to avoid malformed files

Renaming a file, or creating one with templater results in the file being malformed/ hidden from the file view in make.md.

I'd love to see a refresh button at the top of the sidebar to avoid/ fix this. Currently I have to restart my entire vault to get this fixed.
