This plugin works great, and I appreciate it. However, there are some issues:

• The hotkey for opening links in Flow doesn't work when pressed in multi-linked embedded notes that are already open in Flow.
• Opening a link in Flow for files that haven't been created yet resets all opened Flow links. Additionally, double-clicking on links to non-existent files to open them in Flow is frustrating.
• Clicking on nodes in the graph resets all opened Flow links.
• I would prefer not to see the background color change for hovered links when multiple Flow links are open together. I believe it distracts from writing.
• It would be great if there was a shortcut to create a file from the current line and embed it in Flow. Specifically, I'd like a feature that allows me to:
• Moving the cursor with arrow keys between multiple links embedded in each other using Flow does not work properly.
