Is banner can be selected from certain folder?

I enjoyed the add stickers and add banner at top of a note.

I used to keep all my banner image in a specific folder, not with all other attachments in one folder. So, when adding a banner to a note, is that possible to select image files in the said folder?

Same to adding a sticker.

Hope this can be achieved.
