some notes failed to open after updated to v.0.9.99

as said in title, some notes can not be opened and an error message popped up at top right conner says Failed to open ""

with make.md abled, the inline title of the note will be shown and then, the error popped.

After the error message appeared, to open the note, make.md must be disabled, uninstalled, shut up obsidian and then re-open obsidian.

Previous version of make.md has no such problem.

Tested and affirmed is caused by the plugin update.

Thanks for the quick patch. But it seems the problem still there, and I think I got the reason cause the problem. if a note contains a double link in one line, like [[note one]][[note two]], will lead to error. however, if there a space between the double link, it is OK without any problems, like [[note one]] [[note two]] will be OK.

Some of my notes contain [[note 1]][[note 2]]. These notes can not be opened. When change to [[note 1]] [[note 2]], it is OK to open.
