Folder note plugin rename of folder and file simultaneously does not work anymore when I install meke.md

Basically, the folder note rename of folder and file simultaneously stops working when I install meke.md.

I can reproduce it by:

• installing the Folder Note plugin
• renaming a note in a folder with the same name (they both get renamed
• then I install the make.md plugin
• try to rename the note in the folder note again
• and the renaming does not sync to the folder name anymore.

I am not sure which plugin is the culprit (if any). So, I am creating the issue against both.
