[BUG] wrong placement rendering of notes

the left side which shows all notes, vaults and folders and such, often has some ordering/rendering problems.

Some examples are:

• sometimes a note renders in a folder where it's not supposed too. When updating this pane by for example renaming a folder makes it reder in the correct place again. I have no idea how to reproduce this, it just happens sometimes and I don't know why. Just as sometimes the plugin renders the .md file created for the folder, but just as .md, when updating the view it disappears.
• Renaming a folder or file that hasn't been explicitly assigned a specific place in the left pane, places it on top of the list. expected behavior is that it would stay in the same place. Renaming a folder with content in it also makes the content change order before quickly ordering back into place, which is weird. I assume the name could be updated without this affecting the other content, or in any case not showing this reordering to the user.
