Custom SVG are not uniformed in size in tab and selector

Depending on the size of the original file, Imported SVG show this way in the tab.

Sometimes, depending on size, they show this way in the selection menu. Bug

The only solution that I found is to import SVG at 16x16. This way it shows too small in the selection menu, but the right size in the tab.

New version has a patch for this, let me know if it's fixed for you

It is better, but unfortunately still broken Bug 2
