[BUG] - Navigating back/forward through a hotkey / mouse button is flaky

This is a very ambitious project, kudos to you!

Navigating forwards:

1. Go to a folder note (space)
2. Navigate to a folder
3. Press side mouse button to go back (works)
4. Press side mouse button to navigate forward (doesn't work)

Navigating backwards:

1. Go to a folder note (space)
2. Navigate to a folder
3. Sometimes the back key won't work, OR it will flash the note as if it switched backwards, and then come back to the same note again.

Navigating backward no.2:

1. Go to a note
2. Go to a folder (space)
3. Press side mouse button to go back -- sometimes doesn't work
