Remove bitmarket.pl

Please remove bitmarket.pl. This exchange is dead since 2019

Maybe it'll come back :D JK, It's removed in 1.2.2 but I can see now that I didn't make a release on GitHub ;) Unless you got the plasmoid from opendesktop.org, in that case I'll remove old versions from there to avoid confusion.

I installed mine via Discover so most likely it came from opendesktop
