Expert/Master Multipliers not working when moving through dimensions.

I noticed this issue when moving between the overworld and another dimension, where when I move between dimensions, mobs will lose their health modifiers when I return back to them. Hostile mobs spawn with the appropriate health before entering a dimension but have their vanilla health upon returning.
