There is no guarantee that users chose their Tachiyomi folder, or that they had any files downloaded before. How would Mihon figure out if it's sensible to show this prompt...

I can second this on a Xiaomi Mi 11T with HyperOS 1, which is Android 14-based. No scrolling screenshot in Mihon.
