[Issue] Fallout 4 won't work with this?

Hi, I love this addon, but I noticed that for whatever reason Fallout 4 won't allow the effect to be enabled, it doesn't even show up under the addons tab. All my other addons are working fine. Using Reshade 5.3.0 with addon support.
