Scanner shows a weird purple hexagons.

Everytime i try to use the scanner in a planet will show many weird purple colored hexagons on the surface. when i start ksp it shows these weird hexagons too in the kerbin. is this a graphic glitch or bug?. please fix this as i cant scan anything beacause of it, or tell me how to fix it. (sorry for my bad english)

I have the same thing with a whole bunch of mods. What other mods are you running? Maybe this is a conflict.
