Kethane Mod Doesn't Load

The Kethane mod doesn't load on a vanilla install as of 0.24.2.559. I attempted two different ways of installing: Kethane folder in GameData, Kethane parts in parts (etc).

Do you use the fix of JeffersonFlight?

No. It first stopped working with other mods installed. Moved the whole Kerbal folder off the computer and did a vanilla Steam install. Kethane still doesn't load, JeffersonFlight was not installed in either case.
