Actions/Filters on iPhone (Chrome app) not stable

On the changelist_view (on iPhone via Chrome app), the Action and Filter select forms are bad. I can click them, but they usually do nothing whatsoever i.e., the selected item simply doesn't change. If I click on them in just the right way, sometimes they do what they're supposed to... but it's really hard and takes many tries.
