Info - Cleaning up issue list and Update

Hello Mailtrain community!

I am working at the moment on cleaning up the issue list to get an overview of the latest valid issues and start to create a pull request to update all packages to the latest version.

I also plan to create an ansible-playbook for mailtrain deployment in the upcoming months.

After I talked to @bures I also created a slack channel https://mailtrainorg.slack.com for having a better communication flow and get more activity into the project.

I also plan to create a template for opening an issues since a lot information are missing which help us to understand the issues you are struggling with.

You are welcome to help us with the testing as soon as the first release candidate is available.
