Create new API token in settings leads to 404 URL

https://github.com/de-jcup/eclipse-jenkins-editor/wiki/Setup#get-your-api-token is not valid anymore. It seems the menu moved to https://localhost:8080/user/$USER/security/ and the tokens don't work so it might be more than a UI configuration change.
