Sign in with Apple redirect emails always show the Apple logo as the profile picture

For example, in the screenshot, I signed up with the service using Sign in with Apple, so the email is redirected to my email from [email protected]. This behavior is probably expected with the current implementation, where the domain associated with the email is used to get the logo. However, this can be rather confusing for users since it looks like the email is coming from Apple.

There are a couple options as for what to do here:

  1. Do some string parsing to get the actual domain the email was sent from (might be insecure or inaccurate)
  2. Just use the first letter of the sender name (ie T in the screenshot) if the email is from @privaterelay.apple.com which is similar to what Outlook does
  3. Keep it as is if community agrees.

Curious as to what everyone thinks and maybe I'll draft a PR based on the consensus

Happy to leave this open for votes, keep the icons or remove them? or simply just handle icons from email providers i.e @outlook.com, @icloud.com and @yahoo.com and @gmail.com and make sure they don't show icons.
